Silver Moon

Slowly, silently, now the moon
Walks the night in her silvery shoon.
Walking 'round she peers and sees,
Silver fruit upon silver trees.

Mockingjay

~Author's note: I wrote this because we were working on the modes of literature and we had to figure out what mode a book, movie, or t.v. show was. If there are people who are going to read this book, don't read this entry as it contains the plot line for the book. It's a spoiler for it.

Mockingjay is a tragedy. It starts in a world of conflict. The districts are rebelling against the capital of Panem. Then Katniss, the main character, agrees to become the mockingjay, the head of the rebellion. She gets in action fighting battles. (Rise to Power) Then Peeta, her really good friend comes back from the capital with his memories all messed up. She loved Peeta and couldn't stand what had happened.(Tragic Flaw)She then marched to the capital and lost Gale and Finnick, her close friends. (Tragic Fall) Then once they reached the center of the capital, she sees Prim her sister, get blown up by a bomb. (Death/ Death Symbolism)
